Contest Cancellation by Users

Pre-Contest Cancellation: If you wish to cancel before a contest begins, you may do so within the specified time. If successful, the entry fee will be refunded to your account balance.

Post-Contest Start: Cancellations are not permitted once a contest has started, as results depend on real-life player performances.

Contest Cancellation by Aviapronix

Insufficient Participants: If a contest does not meet the required participant threshold, Aviapronix may cancel it and refund entry fees.

Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent fair play, the contest may be canceled, and refunds issued.

Rule Violations: If a contest is canceled due to rule violations, those involved in the violations may not receive a refund.

  • Contests canceled by Aviapronix.
  • User-initiated cancellations before the contest begins.
  • Billing or payment errors.

Refund Method:

Refunds are credited to your Aviapronix account balance and can be used for future contests or withdrawn as per the standard withdrawal process.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Disqualification due to violation of rules.
  • Losses resulting from player performances.
  • Requests made after a contest has started or concluded.

Withdrawal of Account Balance

Withdrawal Requests: Users may request a withdrawal of their account balance, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.

Processing Time: Typically, withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days, though processing times may vary based on your payment method.

Withdrawal Fees: A small fee may apply for processing withdrawals. This will be clearly communicated before the withdrawal is processed.
