Fantasy Sports Contests

Participation in Aviapronix’s fantasy sports contests implies agreement to abide by all applicable rules and scoring guidelines. Aviapronix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any contest at its discretion. All contest results and decisions by Aviapronix are final.

Financial Obligations

Some contests may involve entry fees. By entering these contests, you agree to pay the associated fees. These payments are non-refundable unless specified in our Refund Policy.

Region-Specific Restrictions

Due to regional legal regulations, individuals residing in the following states in India are prohibited from joining paid contests:

• Andhra Pradesh
• Assam
• Odisha
• Telangana
• Nagaland
• Sikkim

If you live in any of these states, you can only participate in free contests. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, images, and content found on the Aviapronix platform, are the exclusive property of Aviapronix or its partners. You are prohibited from using any of this intellectual property without express written consent.

Account Suspension or Termination

Aviapronix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in any harmful or inappropriate behavior. Your access to the platform will be revoked immediately upon termination.

Disclaimers

Aviapronix provides the platform "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the platform will be free from errors, secure, or virus-free. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Aviapronix will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and protect Aviapronix, its officers, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be addressed in the courts located in New Delhi, India. By using our platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for resolving any legal issues.
